Health Safety and Environmental Specialist

The role of Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist is key to supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health safety environmental quality systems across the business.
Working across both site and office environments, you will ensure compliance with legal standards while actively promoting a strong practical health safety culture. You'll work closely with management site teams employees providing hands-on support guidance coaching to ensure safe compliant high-quality operations across multiple locations.
This role involves advising on HSEQ legislation best practice company procedures carrying out regular site inspections audits risk assessments assisting in developing reviewing method statements risk assessments safe systems of work delivering HSEQ inductions toolbox talks safety briefings monitoring PPE compliance safe working practices on site etc..
To be successful in this role you will need experience in a similar position NEBOSH General Certificate knowledge auditing incident management IT numeracy skills excellent communication influencing skills ability engage stakeholders all levels full driving licence etc..
