We are seeking a strategic Sales Leader to drive accelerated and sustainable growth across our advisory and solutions portfolio, including pension Advisory (defined benefit and defined contribution), master trust, private wealth, HR advisory services.
The successful candidate will develop an ambitious multi-year sales strategy aligned with our growth objectives, identify high-growth market segments, cross-sell opportunities, and strategic client relationships. They will also maintain a high win rate on major bids by developing value propositions aligned with market needs.
