Technical Support Specialist | Cork County, Ireland (fully onsite) | 12 months
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our client's team in Cork County, Ireland. This is a 12-month contract, with the possibility of rolling over.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles within networking environments. They should be proficient in using debugging tools, log analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Field Teams, and Technical Experts to resolve issues and enhance product usability for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve complex customer technical issues
* Provide advanced troubleshooting, investigation, and root-cause analysis
* Support enterprise customers with high-priority cases and escalations
* Collaborate effectively as part of a global support team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 years' experience in technical support or engineering roles in networking environments
* Experience using debugging tools, log analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
