This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative HR team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In this key role, you will work closely with hiring managers across the business to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience and attract top talent to support our current and future growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to and help execute a strategic, efficient, and people-centric Talent Acquisition (TA) function that aligns with Chanelle Pharma’s ambitious goals.
Location:
Hybrid policy (Onsite in Loughrea office 3 days per week, 2 days remote) applies after the probationary period is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Hiring Managers to guide them through the Talent Acquisition process.
Manage open requisitions proactively to ensure a superior TA experience.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and criteria.
Lead recruitment activities including attraction, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience with timely feedback.
Develop Talent Pools and pipelines for critical roles.
Engage in Market Mapping and gather market intelligence.
Promote employer branding initiatives and act as Brand Champion.
Participate in Early Career Programmes and manage related initiatives.
Manage Talent Acquisition systems and maintain KPI reports.
Build relationships with external providers and institutions.
Lead HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in GMP environments within Pharma and MedTech industries.
Experience recruiting via LinkedIn and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Google Forms, Boolean technology, Microsoft Office suite, and ATS/HRIS systems.
