Job description Administrator, Clerical officer Grade III required for a public sector body in Naas Details: 35 Hours per week Immediate start Temporary position initial 3 month contract €16.93 per hour Duties include: Compliance management Invoice Verification verifying scanned/emailed invoice data covering Ireland areas Returning rejected invoices (no P.O. quoted etc) to vendors by post and email Matching invoices to Purchase orders; investigating and communicating with Buyers and vendors to resolve queries Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly.
Data entry and Data management Record management Updating files - contracts, staff files, General clerical work e.g., filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails.
Maintaining confidential and high-quality records in a thorough and organised manner.
Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.
Job Requirements: 2 year administration or clerical experience.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
