The Role
We're seeking a part-time
Marketing Specialist
to support our marketing team with research, execution, and coordination across multiple initiatives. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup, balancing hands-on marketing execution with the opportunity to take on more strategic responsibilities as we grow.
What You'll Do
Market & Competitive Research
* Research new attractions and tour opportunities
* Analyze competitor pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies
Attraction & Website Launches
* Gather content and requirements for new attraction pages
* Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth, timely launches
Marketing Operations
* Assist with email campaigns, CRM management, and segmentation
* Support content development, copywriting, and campaign execution
* Track and report on campaign performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with the CMO and marketing team on broader strategy
* Provide flexible support across projects as the company scales
What We're Looking For
4–7 years of marketing experience (digital, growth, or performance marketing preferred)
Strong research and analytical skills with ability to make actionable recommendations
Excellent written and verbal English (C1/C2)
Skilled in copywriting for websites, campaigns, and marketing collateral
Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
Nice to Have:
* Experience in travel, tourism, eCommerce, or tech
* Knowledge of SEO, paid search, or analytics (Google Analytics, BigQuery)
* Familiarity with reputation management tools (TrustPilot, Google Reviews, etc.)
