Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the operational success of the restaurant area in a 4-star boutique hotel focused on customer service and guest experience.
Support/supervise hotel events to ensure exceptional service at all times, ensuring that all guests are greeted warmly and cheerfully at arrival and throughout their stay.
Assist with the training of new employees to maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
Ensure that all meals and beverages are delivered on time and to the acceptable standards, fostering teamwork and improving the F&B offering with continuous improvements and upgrades.

* Supervisory Experience In a Hotel Essential
* Cash Handling experience essential
