Fota Island Resort is recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager capable of managing a busy beverage operation including conference and banqueting. They will be responsible for assisting with the managing of staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining inventory, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff Assist with the creation of and maintain a high-quality beverage menu, including signature cocktails Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Drive revenue through promotions, events, and upselling techniques Assist with managing customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the bar area Work closely with the F&B Director and Hotel Management team Skills: job desired skills
