Job Title
We are seeking a Business Development / Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Ayrton Group for Maternity Leave cover. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and join a progressive department in Ayrton Group.
Maternity Leave Cover – 10 months
Duties:
· Sourcing candidates through search, networking and online means targeting both passive and active candidates.
· Daily business development activity targeting new and existing client accounts.
· Continuously looking for new ways to improve the level of services to clients.
· Identify opportunities, research their requirements and reach out to clients, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals.
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Building a talent pool of top tier candidates.
· Screening candidates and interviewing candidates.
· Advertising roles on various job boards.
· Updating and maintaining a database of Clients and Candidates
· Complete monthly reports for Management.
· Working as part of a team in a very busy environment
Requirements:
· 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment / Business Development.
· 3rd level Qualification or relevant experience.
· Strong people and communication skills.
· Highly motivated, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic.
· Results focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.
· Strong team player with high level of flexibility.
· Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
