We are seeking a Business Development / Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Ayrton Group for Maternity Leave cover. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and join a progressive department in Ayrton Group.
Maternity Leave Cover – 10 months
Duties:
* Sourcing candidates through search, networking and online means targeting both passive and active candidates.
* Daily business development activity targeting new and existing client accounts.
* Continuously looking for new ways to improve the level of services to clients.
* Identify opportunities, research their requirements and reach out to clients, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals.
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
* Building a talent pool of top tier candidates.
* Screening candidates and interviewing candidates.
* Advertising roles on various job boards.
* Updating and maintaining a database of Clients and Candidates
* Complete monthly reports for Management.
* Working as part of a team in a very busy environment
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment / Business Development.
* 3rd level Qualification or relevant experience.
* Strong people and communication skills.
* Highly motivated, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic.
* Results focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.
* Strong team player with high level of flexibility.
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
