Summary
We are looking for Outreach Analysts fluent in Spanish & English to support periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews. This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries.
Responsibilities
* Initiate and manage outreach to clients for document collection
* Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams
* Track and follow up on outstanding documentation
* Maintain communication logs and outreach trackers
* Provide updates to periodic review teams
* Support audit-readiness and documentation completeness
* Contribute to continuous improvement of the outreach process and client experience
* Escalate delays or issues in obtaining documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in KYC support or outreach roles or Client servicing roles
* Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
* Fluency in Spanish & English
* Prior experience in financial services or compliance preferred
* Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple reviews and able to work independently
