Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Global Performance Management & EMEA Talent Development, this role will coordinate EMEA Talent programs and analyze Global Talent data. Responsibilities include preparing for EMEA Teleflex Academy training, supporting global leadership programs, and conducting Talent Development data analytics in collaboration with the GTD team.

* Support the Director in managing EMEA Talent programs and Data analytics.
* Coordinate and communicate the EMEA Teleflex Academy calendar; support program participants.
* Manage scheduling, updates, and logistics for Talent Development programs and learning events.
* Handle internal GTD communications.
* Administer talent and learning systems as needed.
* Manage vendor contracts and accounts.
* Maintain and prioritize Global Talent Development activities.
* Develop analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into Talent metrics such as Training ROI, participation, and engagement.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to support strategic decisions.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree required.
* Experience in organizing and managing talent development programs.
* Previous experience in Data Analytics; People Analytics experience is a plus.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Forms, PowerBI, or Tableau.
* Curious, problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and insights.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
* Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
* Willingness to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated and independent worker.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Fluent in English.
