The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming experience in the leisure club. This includes assisting customers, maintaining facilities, and promoting services.
The role requires lifeguard training and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Greet and assist guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
* Monitor the leisure facilities, including the gym, pool, and changing areas, to ensure safety and cleanliness.
* Assist with setting up and tidying equipment for classes and activities.
* Provide information on other services.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
