We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager I– Cath Lab Posts for a hospital located in Tralee, Ireland.
Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, ensuring safe and efficient patient care delivery.
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff, promoting a high standard of clinical practice.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance, infection control, and health and safety standards.
Participate in the development and implementation of policies, protocols, and best practices specific to the Cath Lab.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
Manage staff rosters, allocate duties, and monitor performance to ensure adequate staffing levels and skill mix.
Facilitate staff education, training, and competency development in interventional cardiology and Cath Lab procedures.
Collaborate with consultants, radiographers, and technicians to ensure effective communication and coordinated care.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and risk management within the Cath Lab.
Support the Director of Nursing and clinical leadership in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
