Our client, a global technology leader delivering innovative cloud, productivity, and business solutions, is seeking anEMEA Channel Program Support Managerto support a large-scale partner enablement program across the region.The EMEA Channel Program Support Manager willsupport a large-scale, channel-focused SMB cloud acceleration program across EMEA.This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment betweenglobal strategy and regional execution, combining strong stakeholder engagement, program operations, reporting, and performance tracking.You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders to support program delivery, partner engagement, communications, and operational excellence across multiple Cloud Solution Areas.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for the Corp SureStep Team, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Partner Marketing Managers (PMMs).Contribute to the production of bi-weekly newsletters and input to the monthly community calls.Provide program updates for the EMEA Channel Partner Marketing team meetings.Support Global SureStep strategy and initiatives and provide insights around execution.Drive execution of action items resulting from Global SureStep Community Calls.Support SureStep project set-up on Cloud Champion platform.Manage partner escalations and enquiries around the Skilling and POE requirementsSupport reporting/ ROI analysis/ track KPIs by partner, by Cloud Solution Area, and by geographical area.Contribute to the delivery of Monthly Business Reviews for the senior leadership team.Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and fiscal planning for the program.Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience in program operations, program management, or partner/channel support roles.Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global and regional teams.Experience producing reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting business reviews.Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail .Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Experience working with partner ecosystems, enablement programs, or cloud-related initiatives is highly desirable.Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across EMEA.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.This opportunity is a 5-month contract, fully remote from Ireland, paying up to €75,000 per annum (pro rata).
