We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Concierge at Ashford Castle, a Forbes Five-Star Hotel & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class service to our discerning guests.
About the Role
The Concierge will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in line with Forbes Five-Star standards.
Key responsibilities include liaising with guests to address any questions or concerns, promoting hotel services and initiatives to increase revenue, and communicating effectively with front gate staff to maintain a positive first impression.
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
