Sous Pastry Chef Job Description

We are looking for an imaginative and motivated individual with a flair for creativity, strong attention to detail, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A culinary qualification in pastry or patisserie and experience as a Sous Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef is desirable.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop creative and innovative dessert menus and seasonal offerings.
* Oversee daily production and presentation of all pastry and bakery items.
* Supervise and mentor junior pastry chefs.
* Maintain strict HACCP and health & safety standards.
* Assist with efficient stock control, ordering, and minimization of waste.
