Maternity Leave Cover – 10 months
Duties:
* Schedule and deploy Safety Officers to client sites according to project requirements and timelines.
* Book and manage accommodation, travel, and other logistics for staff assignments.
* Maintain accurate records of employee availability, placements, and certifications.
* Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, collecting documentation, and updating candidate databases.
* Building a talent pool of top tier candidates.
* Advertising roles on various job boards.
* Updating and maintaining a database of Clients and Candidates
* Complete monthly reports for Management.
* Working as part of a team in a very busy environment.
* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and operations teams as needed.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' administration experience.
* 3rd level Qualification or relevant experience.
* Strong people and communication skills.
* Highly motivated, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic.
* Results focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.
* Strong team player with high level of flexibility.
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
