Senior Application Support Engineer (mobile apps) required for a leader in developing identity assurance solutions worldwide.
You will work with mobile and web SDKs, troubleshoot complex application issues, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver effective solutions.
This is a full time hybrid structure position 3 days a week on site/2days remotely (Dublin city center)
Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive and professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
* Triage and resolve support incidents, escalating where necessary
* Test and support biometric sample applications using native and web SDKs
* Maximizing customer satisfaction on application development issues by consulting with the development team and providing technical solutions.
* Build customer reference environments in AWS using sample mobile apps
* Administer the Customer Support Portal and internal business tools
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
* Continuously provide feedback to improve support processes and customer satisfaction
* Participating in the on-call weekend rotation (every 4 weeks)
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role (product support)
* Ability to READ and DEBUG code in at least one of the following languages: Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, or JavaScript
* Strong PowerShell and Bash scripting skills
* Knowledge of RESTful API, and the ability to conduct/create REST web services call for testing
* Familiarity with Linux and AWS environment
* Strong understanding of mobile app troubleshooting
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
