IT Project Engineer
Location: Dublin | Hybrid
Type: Full-Time | €45,000 - €55,000 DOE
A well-established technology and infrastructure services company is seeking an IT Project Engineer to join its Dublin operations team. This position is ideal for an engineer with a few years of hands-on experience in systems, networking, or infrastructure who's ready to take ownership of project delivery and site support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of IT infrastructure projects across office and production environments.
* Configure and maintain servers, PCs, and network hardware.
* Manage Active Directory, DNS, and group policies.
* Troubleshoot connectivity, endpoint, and cabling issues.
* Assist in setting up new project sites and hybrid environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy systems securely and efficiently.
* Document processes and changes in line with company standards.
Skills & Experience
2. 3-5 years in IT support, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
* Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory administration.
* Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Technical certification (CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft) preferred.
