Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance where required.
* Directing customers to the appropriate self-service options, including mobile app, internet banking, and kiosks.
* Handling basic queries and complaints, escalating issues to senior staff as necessary.
* Engaging with customers using iPads to update customer information and sales needs.
* Identifying sales opportunities and referring them to suitable staff members.
* Cash handling, processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at the Teller desk as required.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience with a high standard of service delivery.
* Resilience and adaptability in a busy work environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Able to adapt to new technologies and use digital platforms to enable customers to self-serve.
