General Operator

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are continuing to hire General Operators. These are permanent roles.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Solid work history
* Leaving certificate or equivalent
* Mechanically minded
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work shift - flexible
* Manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential as training is given
* Team Player
* Computer literate
* Fluency in both written and spoken English
* Ensuring all Health & Safety is being followed.
* Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
YOU'LL GET THE CHANCE TO:
* Operate finishing equipment for the production of products
* Medical Implant Polishing
* Correctly perform all steps of cleaning operations
* Accurately identify cosmetic irregularities
* Visual inspection of parts and paperwork
* Responsible for the basic preventative maintenance of the equipment and ensure good housekeeping and workplace organisation are maintained.
* Maintain accurate records and report data on computerised system
* Support the training of new employees.
* Compliance with all site Environmental, Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
* All other duties as assigned

* A self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Medical device production experience desired
* Experience in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering environment
