What Youll Be Doing As a Business Development Manager, youll play a critical role in: Building and nurturing relationships with estate agents and key stakeholders across your territory. Promoting a range of digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs and performance goals. Identifying and closing new business opportunities while growing revenue from existing accounts. Educating clients on the value and performance of our platform, using data-driven insights to guide decisions. Acting as a trusted advisor, representing the platform in client meetings and industry events across Cork and Kerry. Managing your sales pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus), providing reliable forecasts and maintaining accurate client data. Collaborating across teams to share market insights that shape product innovation and go-to-market strategies. Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Who You Are Were looking for someone with: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, online media, or SaaS. A strong track record of hitting and surpassing sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce and analytical platforms like Tableau (preferred). Confidence engaging with C-level decision-makers in both short and long sales cycles. A proactive, self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for travel across Cork and Kerry).
