The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in the Finance team, you'll be trained across the full recruitment lifecycle, including: Sourcing and engaging top talent.
Interviewing and assessing candidates.
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
What We're Looking For No recruitment experience required.
A graduate with strong communication and sales skills.
Driven, motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Full training provided with continuous coaching and mentorship.
