Maintenance Planner Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in Dublin.
* Our ideal candidate will maintain and optimize the CMMS system to ensure accurate asset hierarchies, maintenance records, and work order tracking.
* The successful applicant will develop, implement, and report plant availability and reliability KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, downtime analysis, and asset criticality.
* This role requires ensuring site safety files are up to date according to the asset register.
* The selected candidate will respond to requests for information from clients; collate and communicate asset-related data as required.
* Data quality is crucial across all maintenance and asset-related systems, including correct asset tagging, fault codes, and failure modes.
* This position supports the Operations and Maintenance teams by delivering daily, weekly, and monthly asset performance dashboards.
* Liaising with engineers, supervisors, and external contractors is essential for timely and complete data entry into PEMAC.
* The successful candidate will develop and maintain processes for capturing and analysing breakdown and maintenance trends to inform predictive strategies.
* Contributing to continuous improvement in asset lifecycle management and maintenance optimisation is also a key responsibility.
* This role involves supporting audit and regulatory compliance through effective data management and traceability.
* The selected candidate will follow up the procurement of spares used for service and repairs.
Requirements
* A strong background in using CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM) is essential.
* Detailed knowledge of plant availability metrics and maintenance performance KPIs is required.
* Proficiency in Excel and preferably Power BI for generating automated reports and dashboards is necessary.
* Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes or utility infrastructure is preferred.
* A degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Data Analytics, or a related technical field is required.
* Certifications in CMMS/Asset Management (e.g., PEMAC training, IAM Certificate) are desirable but not mandatory.
