Job Title: QC Microbiology Specialist – ContractWe are hiring a QC Microbiology Specialist with a mandatory minimum of 5 years' hands-on pharmaceutical QC microbiology lab experience to support microbiological method transfer and validation activities.This is a key role within a high-performing Biotech Drug Substance facility, supporting compliance, qualification, and routine QC microbiology operations using modern analytical technologies.Key Responsibilities:Perform QC microbiology testing (in-process, release & stability).Support method qualification, validation, and continuous improvement.Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and data integrity.Author and review SOPs, technical documents, and risk assessments.Act as SME during audits and inspections.Ensure full cGMP compliance and training currency.Support cross-functional lab operations and scheduling.Experience & Skills Required:Minimum 5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical QC Microbiology lab (mandatory)Strong knowledge of pharmacopeial testing.Experience with QC digital systems (LIMS, eLogs, ELN).Excellent documentation, troubleshooting & communication skills.Highly organised, proactive, and team-oriented.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Science (Microbiology preferred)
