This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco – keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and margin targets for your assigned areaResponsible for role modelling and building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externallyAdvocate and drive consistent use of all available system toolsMaintain and grow the customer base in your assigned areaBe responsive and flexible to your customers’ needsRequirementsFluency in Mandarin and EnglishAn in-depth knowledge of the Asian food marketStrong credit control skills3 -5 years field sales experience within Asian food service sales marketHigh level of flexibilityBe a team player with the ability to work on own initiativeHave a proactive approach to customer needsStrong analytical skills and computer literacyFull clean B Driving LicenseCapability of proving credibility with customers and building strong customer relationships preferredHighly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.Outstanding organisation skills and ability to prioritise work.A proactive approach to problem solving and issue resolution.Core CompetenciesUnderstanding Your Customers – acts as a role model in personal approach to internal and external customer goals. Takes time to understand the underlying needs of the stakeholders beyond those initially expressed.Flexibility & Adaptability – Demonstrates understanding of how change impacts people.
