Join our multicultural Customer Service team in Europe
Were looking for Italian-speaking professionals passionate about helping sellers and improving their online business performance in Lisbon, Portugal.
You'll be part of a global e-commerce project supporting one of the worlds leading social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Support sellers via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information and sales guidance
• Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Identify opportunities to improve seller performance
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestação de Interesse
• Fluency in Itanlian (C1) and English (B2+)
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
