Role Overview
The General Services Senior Assistant will assist the Head of General Services and Capital Projects with management and administration associated with various minor capital projects and work.
This role is responsible for managing the small Maintenance and Catering teams based at the CRC's main site at Clontarf.

Requirements
Candidates must have:
* A Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) major academic award in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying accredited by the relevant Professional Institute.
* Membership of the relevant professional association: Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Engineers Ireland, or Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland.
* Eligibility for registration under the Building Control Act 2007 without further assessment.
* A qualification equivalent to i), ii), or iii) above.
* At least four years' satisfactory experience after attaining the qualification in architecture, engineering, or surveying work.
* A high standard of technical training and experience.
* The requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Additional Information
This role is subject to HSE Approval and is a fixed-term position for six months. The working hours are 35 per week.
The Department of Health Salary applies, which is Technical Services Officer, Senior Assistant code 555T (€59,068 - €82,107).
