Senior Business Analyst
Contract: 12 months, with up to two 12-month extensions
Location & Work Model: Hybrid - Tullamore, Co.
Offaly with occasional attendance at other offices
Rate: €450/day
Are you a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for driving digital transformation in the public sector? Join a team supporting government departments to deliver innovative ICT solutions, with a focus on improving services for citizens and staff.
This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across multiple locations, including Tullamore, Athlone, Blanchardstown, and Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Capture, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use case packs, and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
Facilitate workshops, prepare materials, and maintain clear project documentation.
Support project governance and solution assessment activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ICT solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
About You:
7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with proven Agile and Product Owner experience.
Professional BA qualification (BCS, IIBA, CBAP/CCBA, or Agile BA) and Agile framework certification.
Skilled in Azure Dev Ops, BPMN (Visio), wireframing (Figma), data analysis (Excel/SQL), and digital collaboration tools (Miro, Mural).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to attend required offices.
