Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-focused lawyer (NQ to 5 years PQE) to join a busy and high-performing finance legal team. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border transactions for major clients, with a focus on structured finance, debt capital markets, and related areas. Ideal for someone looking to grow their expertise in a supportive, international environment.
Responsibilities
* Work on cross-border finance and capital markets transactions
* Advise on structured finance, securitisation, and private credit deals
* Support partners and senior lawyers on client matters
* Draft and review transaction documents
* Collaborate with teams across international offices
Requirements
* Qualified lawyer (NQ–5 PQE), ideally with finance or DCM experience
* Strong academic background
* Excellent drafting and technical skills
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
