We are a luxury brand specializing in bespoke fragrance collections, with plans to expand into high‑end custom jewelry. We have already proven our concept: our previous collection saw incredible turnover and high profit margins without a single euro spent on promotional marketing. Now, we are gearing up for our next major launch, and we need the right visionary to scale this into a generational brand.
The Foundation is Built
Lean & Profitable: We operate with incredibly low overhead and high‑margin products.
Fully Resourced: We have secured funding for our upcoming projects. You will have a dedicated UI/Web development team and locked‑in global suppliers at your disposal.
Flawless Operations: Our leadership manages the business. We handle the day‑to‑day operations, supply chain, and fulfillment from our central hub. The backend is completely covered.
The Role
We are looking for a Founding Creative Director to take full ownership of our marketing, brand identity, and growth. We make sure the business runs smoothly; your job is to make sure the world sees it.
You will not be pitching ideas that get shelved due to a lack of budget. If you have a strategy to grow the brand, you will have direct access to our project funding and development team to bring it to life in the real world.
The Structure
This is a true founding role. To start, this is a sweat‑equity position offering a substantial 5% to 15% equity stake, which will scale based on the milestones and growth you drive. Because our overhead is low and our margins are high, our target is to transition to a full salary structure by the end of the year as we scale our next releases.
