The Role
As our Counter Manager, you`re not just running a retail counter?"you`re running the show. You`ll be the face of Elizabeth Arden on the shop floor, leading your team, driving sales, and creating exceptional beauty experiences every single day.

- Lead with flair - Inspire, coach, and energise your team to deliver top-tier service and hit (or smash!) their targets.

About You
You`ve got that perfect blend of business savvy and beauty obsession. You`re a natural leader who thrives on challenge, knows how to motivate a team, and is happiest when your counter`s buzzing and your customers leave glowing?"inside and out.
You`ll bring:
- Experience in a premium/luxury retail or beauty environment (1-2 years in a leadership role preferred)
- A proven track record of driving sales and team success
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
