With 35 offices worldwide, we operate across 100+ countries daily.Working hours: 9am – 5.30pmKey Responsibilities:Serve as a point of contact for the Payment Processing teams, including Payroll.Ensure current processes are efficient and effective.Maintain awareness of client SLAs and strive to meet them.Identify opportunities for process improvements to achieve savings and efficiencies.Propose and implement solutions for key process issues.Monitor and review new procedural releases for compliance and team understanding.Apply effective Change Management protocols, ensuring stakeholder awareness and agreement before implementation.Escalate payment & payroll issues to senior management and follow through on instructions.Follow Escalation & Incident Management Procedures.Respond promptly to queries and ensure team tasks are completed as expected.Analyze information to present high-level insights to management.Manage time effectively to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.Prioritize tasks through delegation and support seeking.Demonstrate urgency and focus on providing excellent client experience.Maintain and review team task lists regularly to ensure timely completion.Train new staff using various training materials (PowerPoint, Video, Word, Excel).Identify additional training needs through workload and performance reviews.Maintain clear training notes for team reference and onboarding.Mentor and develop team members to support career progression.Ensure daily targets are met by the team.Communicate team targets and support achievement strategies.Maintain professionalism in presentation, communication, and behavior.Respect and uphold the values of CluneTech Group resources, processes, and people.Complete work timely and effectively, supporting the overall team.Understand the bigger picture and strategies for growth.Adhere to the Payments Team Code of Conduct.
