Executive AssistantKey ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operational SupportSupport the founder with daily administrative, organizational, and operational tasksManage schedules, follow-ups, inbox coordination, and meeting preparationCommunicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and partners via phone and videoResearch, AI & DocumentationConduct online and AI-assisted research to support presentations, proposals, and strategyCreate, edit, and organize polished PowerPoint decks, proposals, and business documentsUse AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to summarize, structure, and refine content logicallyQA, Testing & DocumentationDevelop test scripts and test software tools and websitesDocument bugs and issues clearly and coordinate fixes with development/design teamsVerify resolutions prior to client deliveryCreate and maintain training materials and internal/client documentationWebsite, Sales & Social OutreachMaintain and update the company website (WordPress / Elementor) with event-related and light content editsSend and manage outbound LinkedIn, email, or CRM outreachEngage professionally on LinkedIn on behalf of the founderDraft short posts, comments, and lightweight content aligned with the founder's voiceProject ManagementCoordinate and track tasks using Taiga, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are metKey Qualifications (Required)Minimum 2 years supporting U.S.-based executives or startups in a similar EA / operations role3+ years total experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Project SupportExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Hands-on experience with WordPress / Elementor, LinkedIn, and CanvaActive experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for research and content creationExperience with social media outreach, LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, or CRM toolsExperience using Taiga for task and project trackingExcellent written and spoken EnglishReliable home office setup with stable high-speed internetBonus (Nice to Have)QA/testing coordination or client deliverable experiencePrompt engineering experienceWorkflow automation tools (Zapier or similar)CRM or client management systemsGrant writing or technical documentation experience
