Support development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned products.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Manage advertising campaigns and promotional activities to maximize impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing plans and affiliate priorities.
Conduct competitor analysis and assess external market conditions to inform decisions.
Organize and support sales team meetings, ensuring availability of key materials.
Track budgets and performance metrics, monitor spend vs plan, and ensure compliance in materials governance.

You will be part of the Commercial Business Unit, a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to the success of Novo Nordisk's diabetes and obesity portfolio.
Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ideally 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
Solid foundation in marketing practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in daily operations.
Strong problem-solving skills combined with a keen attention to detail.
Salary:
Annual base salary ranges from €52,****** to €83,******, commensurate with level.
The salary package may also include short-term and/or long-term incentives and other employee benefits.
