Hotel Operations Management
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. As the heart of our hotel, food and beverage is crucial in providing exceptional service and quality.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of all departments, with a focus on F&B related areas.
* Support Heads of Department in running the hotel.
* Install efficient work methods and systems.
* Review staff rotas for adequate cover and cost-effectiveness.
* Ensure kitchens and premises meet high standards.
* Conduct regular operations meetings to discuss operational matters and guest feedback.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of Food and Beverage Management experience.
* Excellent people skills, customer-focused, and hands-on.

* Flexible to work weekends and professional in appearance.
