Business Analyst / Programme Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)
Contract Duration: Initial 3-month contract, subject to extension

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Programme Manager to support technology, data, and business transformation initiatives within a residential property and Build-to-Rent environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and business process analysis.
Produce BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Manage programme delivery, governance, testing, UAT, and business readiness activities.
Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore delivery resources.
Key Requirements
10+ years of Business Analysis and/or Programme Management experience.
Strong experience with RealPage and/or PECS platforms.
Background within residential property, Build-to-Rent, or property management environments.
Experience with reporting, analytics, KPI definition, and Power BI requirements.
Strong stakeholder management skills across operations, finance, leasing, and executive leadership teams.
Preferred Experience
RealPage implementation or migration programme experience.
Exposure to data warehouse, integration, and data transformation projects.
Experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams.
Understanding of leasing, occupancy, revenue, and property operations processes.
Proven track record delivering technology and business transformation programmes.
