ACE's commitment to excellence, transparency, and compliance ensures that millions of customers can trust their cross-border transactions every day.Key ResponsibilitiesThird-Party Risk Management (TPRM) LeadershipDesign & Own the TPRM Framework: Responsible, under the oversight of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), for full ownership of the Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Framework, ensuring compliance with the Risk Management Framework, CBI Outsourcing Requirements (2019), and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines (EBA/GL/2019/02).Strategic Due Diligence: Support the Chief Risk Officer in leading comprehensive risk assessments for new critical and material outsourcing agreements.Contract & Monitoring Assurance: Standardise contractual terms, SLAs, and compliance clauses. Maintain a rigorous monitoring program for vendor performance and risk.Centralised Registry: Maintain the Outsourcing Register and Outsourcing Risk Register as the single source of truth for all third-party and outsourcing arrangements and risks.Oversight Reporting: Support the Chief Risk Officer in lthe preparation of outsourcing-related risk reports for the Risk & Compliance Committee, Executive Committee, and the Board. Support the annual Outsourcing Risk Assessments.Enterprise Risk ContributionRisk Framework Enhancement: Support the Chief Risk Officer in the implementation, and continuous improvement of the Risk Management (ERM) Framework.Risk Assessments: Support the Chief Risk Officer in the design and implementation of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, and conduct targeted risk assessments and controls testing for critical services, with a focus on third-party, offshoring, and Business Process Outsourcing risks.Issue Remediation Oversight: Manage and oversee third-party and outsourcing-related incidents, ensuring root cause analysis has been conducted by the incident owners and oversee timely remediation.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years in risk management, outsourcing governance, or compliance in a regulated Financial Services firm (e.g., payments, banking, e-money).At least 3 years of direct, practical experience with CBI and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines.Bachelor's degree in finance, Risk Management, Law, Business, or a related field.Skills & AttributesDeep knowledge of enterprise risk, operational risk, third-party lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance in the Irish financial sector.Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to challenge constructively and build consensus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing high-stakes priorities.(Preferred)Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CRISC, or Diploma in Risk Management.website: www.acemoneytransfer.com
