Project Manager - Civil Engineering
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects in North Dublin. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of projects.
* Team Leadership: Oversee the work of engineers, supervisors, and laborers to ensure that all tasks are completed to the required standard.
* Communication and Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
* Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and implementation of appropriate controls.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects, preferably in a similar role.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving project goals.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Qualifications: Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
