Software Support Engineers play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and identifying effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems in an efficient and timely manner
* Record communication, actions, decisions, resolutions and feedback accurately on the Customer+
* Cover software support phone on a cyclical basis and be available periodically for out-of-hours telephone support
* Provide internal software support when required
The successful candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, with knowledge of dairy farming being an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills are essential for this role, both verbally and in writing.
