We are seeking an experienced General Manager /Operations Manager to lead a thriving clinic in Dublin City Centre.
Driving the clinic's success, you will ensure the highest standards of patient care while maximising operational efficiency and growth.
Working directly with a talented team and reporting to the Medical Director duties will incorporate: Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, optimise patient scheduling, and manage cancellations to maximise revenue.
Strategic Leadership: Drive business growth by developing and implementing performance goals, recruitment plans, and staff training initiatives.
Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and ensure financial sustainability in collaboration with the Medical Director.
HR Management: Build a strong team by implementing best practices in recruitment, training, and employee development.
Health & Safety Compliance: Lead health and safety protocols, risk management, and maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
Quality Assurance: Champion quality improvement initiatives and ensure the clinic meets healthcare accreditation standards.
