About the Role
This is a key position responsible for ensuring that clients are thoroughly vetted to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to perform detailed checks on client financial transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
* KYC Reviews: Perform thorough reviews of Clearstream Fund Centre clients to ensure that they meet all regulatory requirements.
* AML Checks: Ensure strict adherence to existing AML policies by performing thorough checks on clients regarding their financial transactions.
* Risk Assessments: Oversee annual reviews in line with Clearstream Fund Centre risk rating and due diligence procedures.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all KYC and AML frameworks are adhered to.
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Education: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or another relevant subject.
* Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the financial services industry, particularly the funds industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and service orientation.
* Banking Knowledge: An understanding of banking products and processes in the funds industry.
* Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity towards cultural differences.
* Independence: Capacity to work independently, with a curious state of mind, and results-oriented.
