Canco Services Ltd are looking to hire an Office Administrator on either a full time or part time basis.Key Responsibilities· General office administration including filing, data entry & correspondence· Ensure office is well organised & welcoming· Collating time sheets & expense records weekly· Providing admin support for our accounts function· Logging calls and jobs for our engineers· Making travel arrangements for our engineers as required· Assisting with preparing maintenance contracts, reports and quotations as required using Microsoft Word & Excel· Liaising with customers and suppliers· Organising & maintaining staff training records· Booking vehicles in for service/repair/CVR testing· Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €27,000.00-€42,299.36 per yearWork Location: In person
