As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be enhancing the services of our vibrant corporate site by offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
You will be:
* A friendly face, assisting employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
* Maintaining a tidy and inviting environment across areas such as meeting rooms, communal kitchen/coffee areas, mail room, and lobbies.
* Responding promptly to incoming service requests from clients and colleagues.
* Keeping our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices and reporting issues as required.
* Collaborating with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience.
* Handling incoming communications and ensuring messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a similar client-facing role, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.
Is positive, energetic, and proactive.
Has strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
