Predominately office-based position working as a part of the surveying department but will be required to attend site for management meetings, preparation of progress applications and variation assessments when required.
Once trained on the management system, the successful candidate will be expected to provide full surveying services on a number of projects reporting directly to the surveying manager and company Directors
Duties will include
* Preparation of sub-contract packages for project procurement
* Sub-contract tender analysis reports and recommendations
* Sub-contract administration and contract award
* Preparation and submission of monthly progress applications and variation summaries
* Preparation and submission of cash-flow projections
* Assessment of sub-contractor claims and certification of payments
* Preparation of monthly cost reports
* Satisfying the requirements of ISO in relation to the completion of record documentation
* Preparation of Bill of Quantities
* Administration of contracts and collateral warrantees
* Compiling Safety File documentation
* Office administration in the surveying department
* Reconciling and compiling reinforcement schedules
Full training on Evolution integrity management software will be provided and guidance by Chartered Surveyors on company systems and career development will be provided
