We're on the lookout for a Shopper Marketing Executive with a solid background in retail to collaborate on designing and executing outstanding in-store customer experiences. This role plays a key part in enhancing the shopper journey, boosting engagement, and delivering creative, insight-driven solutions that align with retail strategies and elevate customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Support Annual Planning:
1. Assist in developing Annual Customer Plans aligned with brand and retail objectives.
Campaign Activation:
2. Create and execute a full-year activation plan for Dunnes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
3. Prepare sell-in materials for campaigns, new product launches (NPD), and existing product developments (EPD).
Trade Marketing:
4. Lead and support in-store trade marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
POS (Point of Sale) Management:
5. Develop POS materials for customer facing and co pack activations, including pre-filled stands.
6. Oversee POS execution for both core and partner brands.
Product & Promotion Setup:
7. Manage product setup with the customer for campaigns and launches.
8. Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Partner & Supplier Activation:
9. Coordinate activation plans with partner brands and suppliers to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Social Media Support:
10. Assist in providing content and support for relevant social media activity linked to customer campaigns.
Agency & Asset Management:
11. Brief and liaise with creative agencies to produce assets for in-store, online, and digital campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
12. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and retail teams.
About you
13. Degree-level qualification (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field).
14. 2 years in similar role.
15. Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and adapting to new challenges.
16. Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
17. Prior experience with print and Point of Sale (POS) development and activation.
18. Proven experience working with and briefing creative or activation agencies.
19. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
20. Capable of prioritising and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
21. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to support trade plan execution.
22. Contribute to the strategy and development of in-store activation plans.
23. Commercially minded, with strong numerical and analytical skills to inform decision-making and track performance.
