We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Group Leisure Manager to lead our spa, wellness, and leisure operations across Fota Island Resort and The Kingsley Hotel.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in luxury hospitality, with the leadership skills to manage multi-site teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibility for swimming pool operations and pool plant management Ensure consistent brand standards, SOPs, and guest service excellence at each location.
Monitor and manage leisure scheduling, equipment upkeep, and facility presentation Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and leisure teams across both properties.
Foster a positive and professional team culture that reflects Fota Island Resort's 5-star ethos and The Kingsley's commitment to guest care.
Coordinate training and performance development plans across all leisure departments.
Collaborate with guest relations and front office teams to personalise leisure offerings.
Maintain awareness of guest feedback and adapt services to exceed expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue from spa services, memberships, fitness classes, wellness retreats, and group packages.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including pool safety, staff certifications, and hygiene standards.
Regularly review and update risk assessments, lifeguard training, emergency protocols, and maintenance schedules.
