Our client, a leading window and glazing company based in Cork, is seeking a skilled professional to join their growing installation team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install and fit commercial windows, doors, and glazing systems to the highest standards.
2. Supervise and support a team of fitters on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
3. Liaise with project managers, clients, and contractors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues.
4. Conduct quality checks and ensure all work complies with company and industry standards.
5. Maintain safe working practices and adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
6. Proven experience as a commercial window/door fitter or fitting supervisor.
7. Strong technical knowledge of glazing and aluminium systems.
8. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
9. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
10. Full clean driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites across Cork and Munster.
11. A focus on delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
