E&I Superintendent Position summary: Experience of managing E&I packages within the bio-tech / pharma sector is essential Experience of coordinating works by contractors from disciplines (other than E&I) is preferred General Manage, supervise, and coordinate the construction works Ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the latest approved, Issued for Construction (IFC) design information Ensure that the construction effort is managed in accordance with the project and construction execution plans and project procedures manual Conduct regular surveys of the construction progress to aid in reporting and determination of compensation Conduct daily walk through of the site with the contractors to assess site safety and housekeeping Ensure that the individual system mechanical completion milestones are delivered Avoid wasted effort by ensuring all available resources are put to the most effective and efficient use Ensure subcontractors work to the latest revision of IFC deliverables With the Turnover Manager, ensure the system mechanical completions are delivered to plan in terms of physical plant and supporting documentation Ensure an effective close-out of the construction phase of the project with timely completion Why Join Arcadis?
