We are seeking a passionate and reliable ABA Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with children and families to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children
* Implement individualized treatment plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
* Collect and record data on client progress
* Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members
* Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing supervision
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
* Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required)
* Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to complete required ABA training and certification
* Reliable transportation to Swords
* Russian language
